Bio

nevamere is the music side of a broader practice in sound — composition, immersive audio, and research into how people create and listen to music together.

The work spans commercial and cultural settings: immersive listening events and live sound design for museum and theatre audiences, audio production and interactive design for a commercially released VR album, and scores written to respond to film and visual art. Alongside this sits doctoral research into virtual-reality instruments for real-time collaborative performance — designing, building and evaluating the tools themselves.

That range is deliberate. Composition, spatial audio (Ambisonics, Dolby Atmos), and interactive systems built in Max/MSP, Pure Data, SuperCollider and Unity are treated as one practice rather than separate disciplines, and the same question runs underneath all of it: what makes sound worth attending to, and how does a space shape the way we hear it?
